Josh Mersereau is a Vancouver-based actor, singer (tenor), and recent graduate of the Capilano University Musical Theatre program. With a strong foundation in theatre, on-camera performance, and voice acting, Josh brings a grounded, relatable presence that naturally suits teen and young adult roles across film, television, streaming, and commercial projects.

Known for his clean-cut “boy next door” casting type, Josh is often drawn to young lead, student, romantic lead, and ensemble roles that combine authenticity, emotional connection, and strong storytelling. His theatre background has provided extensive training in acting, movement, voice, collaboration, and live performance, while his growing on-camera experience continues to strengthen his versatility as an emerging screen actor.

Josh’s recent theatre credits include The Addams Family, Carrie, Good News, and Shrek. In addition to acting, he has training in voice performance and voice acting and brings a wide range of performance skills including singing, stage combat, martial arts, improvisation, guitar, and conversational French.
